Menteri Negara Pemberdayaan Aparatur Negara (Menpan) Republik Indonesia Taufiq Effendi menyatakan pemerintah segera membuka penerimaan 300.000 kursi calon pegawai negeri sipil (CPNS) dari seluruh Indonesia pada tahun 2009 ini.

“Rencananya test penerimaan akan berlangsung pada bulan September 2009,” kata Menpan Taufiq Effendi dalam kunjungan kerjanya di Kota Pekanbaru, Provinsi Riau, Rabu (29/4).


Menpan juga menambahkan bahwa penerimaan 300.000 CPNS pada tahun ini diluar pengangkatan pegawai honor.

Menteri mengatakan masih menunggu rekomendasi dari Departemen Keuangan sehubungan dengan formasi penerimaan CPNS tahun 2009. Pada saat ini kami masih menunggu rekomendasi dari Departemen Keuangan,” katanya.

Selain itu, ia juga mengatakan bahwa dari pembukaan penerimaan 300.000 CPNS yang paling banyak dibutuhkan adalah penyuluh pertanian.

Puluhan ribu tenaga honorer diangkat

Pemerintah akan mengangkat 83.487 tenaga honorer di sejumlah instansi di seluruh Indonesia menjadi Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) tahun ini, dengan terlebih dahulu mengikuti seleksi.

Menteri Negara Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara (PAN) Taufiq Effendi dalam Raker Komisi II DPR yang dipimpin ketua komisi itu, EE Mangindaan, di Gedung DPR/MPR Jakarta, Senin (27/4), menyebut pengangkatan tenaga honorer itu menjadi prioritas penerimaan PNS 2009.

Seluruh tenaga honorer yang diusulkan pejabat pembina kepegawaian yang didasarkan pada kebutuhan riil organisasi, telah diangkat menjadi PNS sebanyak 837.312 orang. “Sisanya sekitar 83.487 formasi akan dialokasikan pada tahun 2009,” katanya.

Menneg PAN mengemukakan, pihaknya telah meminta pendapat Menkeu Sri Mulyani karena penerimaan PNS baru akan berkaitan dengan pengeluaran belanja pegawai, baik pemerintah pusat maupun pemerintah daerah.

Menteri mengingatkan bahwa tenaga honorer yang tercatat dalam pusat data Badan Kepegawaian Nasional (BKN) tidak secara otomatis akan mendapat Nomor Induk Pegawai (NIP) PNS karena masih harus melalui seleksi administrasi di BKN.

Kriteria tenaga honorer yang diprioritaskan akan diangkat menjadi PNS adalah karena tenaganya sangat dibutuhkan dan diusulkan oleh pejabat pembina kepegawaian.

Peluang pengangkatan ini tidak berlaku untuk mereka yang bekerja di lembaga swasta, yayasan, koperasi pegawai, BUMN, BUMD, kantor desa, KONI, Dewan Kerajinan Nasional, dharma wanita, PMI dan sebagainya.

Selain itu, tidak berlaku untuk pegawai yang penghasilanya dibiayai dari Dana Bantuan Operasional Sekolah, bantuan atau subsidi untuk kegiatan/pembinaan yang dikeluarkan dari APBN atau yang dibiayai dari retribusi.

Tidak berlaku pula bagi pegawai yang pengangkatannya dilakukan bukan pejabat pembina kepegawaian atau pejabat lain dalam pemerintahan yang ditunjuk secara sah.

Menteri Negara Pemberdayaan Aparatur Negara (Menpan) Republik Indonesia Taufiq Effendi menyatakan pemerintah segera membuka penerimaan 300.000 kursi calon pegawai negeri sipil (CPNS) dari seluruh Indonesia pada tahun 2009 ini.

“Rencananya test penerimaan akan berlangsung pada bulan September 2009,” kata Menpan Taufiq Effendi dalam kunjungan kerjanya di Kota Pekanbaru, Provinsi Riau, Rabu (29/4).


Menpan juga menambahkan bahwa penerimaan 300.000 CPNS pada tahun ini diluar pengangkatan pegawai honor.

Menteri mengatakan masih menunggu rekomendasi dari Departemen Keuangan sehubungan dengan formasi penerimaan CPNS tahun 2009. Pada saat ini kami masih menunggu rekomendasi dari Departemen Keuangan,” katanya.

Selain itu, ia juga mengatakan bahwa dari pembukaan penerimaan 300.000 CPNS yang paling banyak dibutuhkan adalah penyuluh pertanian.

Puluhan ribu tenaga honorer diangkat

Pemerintah akan mengangkat 83.487 tenaga honorer di sejumlah instansi di seluruh Indonesia menjadi Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) tahun ini, dengan terlebih dahulu mengikuti seleksi.

Menteri Negara Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara (PAN) Taufiq Effendi dalam Raker Komisi II DPR yang dipimpin ketua komisi itu, EE Mangindaan, di Gedung DPR/MPR Jakarta, Senin (27/4), menyebut pengangkatan tenaga honorer itu menjadi prioritas penerimaan PNS 2009.

Seluruh tenaga honorer yang diusulkan pejabat pembina kepegawaian yang didasarkan pada kebutuhan riil organisasi, telah diangkat menjadi PNS sebanyak 837.312 orang. “Sisanya sekitar 83.487 formasi akan dialokasikan pada tahun 2009,” katanya.

Menneg PAN mengemukakan, pihaknya telah meminta pendapat Menkeu Sri Mulyani karena penerimaan PNS baru akan berkaitan dengan pengeluaran belanja pegawai, baik pemerintah pusat maupun pemerintah daerah.

Menteri mengingatkan bahwa tenaga honorer yang tercatat dalam pusat data Badan Kepegawaian Nasional (BKN) tidak secara otomatis akan mendapat Nomor Induk Pegawai (NIP) PNS karena masih harus melalui seleksi administrasi di BKN.

Kriteria tenaga honorer yang diprioritaskan akan diangkat menjadi PNS adalah karena tenaganya sangat dibutuhkan dan diusulkan oleh pejabat pembina kepegawaian.

Peluang pengangkatan ini tidak berlaku untuk mereka yang bekerja di lembaga swasta, yayasan, koperasi pegawai, BUMN, BUMD, kantor desa, KONI, Dewan Kerajinan Nasional, dharma wanita, PMI dan sebagainya.
