* New system analysis
* Design new system
* Proposal development
* Tender process
* Prepare deployment document
REQUIREMENTS :
* Male or Female Max. 35 Years Old
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree in Technique Informatic/Computer/or Electro.
* Have 3-5 years experience at same field from Telecommunication Industry
* Fluent in English (Both written and oral )
* Excellent with Computer skills
* Willing to work under Pressure
