Open position for System Engineer
All incumbents must have:
* Independent and self-motivated with excellent interpersonal, communication & reporting skills.
* Able to work in a team
* Willing to relocate/ travel to overseas where required
* Required language(s): English.
* Full-Time position only
(Location: Singapore)
Responsibilities:
*
Responsible for providing helpdesk and on-site support to internal and external customers
*
Responsible for meeting customer service levels
*
Maintain IT Infrastructure, Email Servers, Virtual Machines, etc within the group
*
Work with immediate supervisor to deliver corporate objectives
*
Propose and drive strategic activities and initiatives
Requirements:
*
Diploma/degree in Computer Science, Software engineering.
*
At least 3 years working experience in the similar position
*
Must be able to architect IT solutions and systems design with good documentation skills.
*
MUST have knowledge in configuring, managing & maintaining LAN/Wireless LAN, Routers, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange Servers, SQL, Virtualization, etc
*
Certifications in Citrix and MOSS would be advantageous
*
Basic programming in Visual Basic, Sharepoint, Scripting etc would be advantageous.
*
Knowledge of Business systems, accounting system, ERP solutions would be advantageous.
*
Fluent in English is a must (oral & written).
